We are so sorry that we can not give you price list. Since our signs are all customized, different details and manufacturing process would cause different cost. Price is not accurate and cost-effective before we can not get enough details from your end.
That depends on the signage type and quantity of ordered signs, we generally need about 7-8 business days to complete the production.
We use the DHL door to door delivery service by default, which need about 3-5 days for the delivery. So the lead time would be about 10-13 business days. Please advise us in advance if your order is needed urgently.
Our payment term is: Paypal / Bank transfer / Western Union
PAYPAL: 100% deposit before production
Western Union or Bank transfer:50% deposit before production, balance before shipment is going to be arranged.
Notice 1: We use the PAYPAL to accept the payment from credit card, The PAYPAL will charge 4.4% + usd$0.30 as the transfer fee, and our quoted fees are for products and delivery only, so if you want to use PAYPAL to finish the payment, you would be asked to pay for the additional PAYPAL transfer fee.

You may be charged customs duties and taxes by your local customs for something you order from us, because duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item, and would not be included in the overall shipping costs.
The taxes depend on the goods value mostly. Different countries may have different tax policies. It’s always best to confirm this with your local customs authority.

Sample policy from Kinhae signs company
There is an old saying says ” seeing is believing”. We think sample is the great way to know Kinhae signage quality.
If you want to see a custom letter, it will need to be placed as an order. They are non-refundable fees to cover the materials, labor cost and shipping costs. However, sample cost without shipping would be deducted once the formal order is confirmed.
Once you submit the sample request, we will send you an invoice including the shipping cost.

Our policy relating to goods supplied faulty or not to be standard.
We would like to establish an ongoing relationship with our clients for signage, but firstly need to declare after sales service is going to be handled in a fair way.
Suppose the signage supplied is faulty or the job has not been made properly, we would re-make the correct signs and ship them to you. There is no doubt that shipping cost would be paid by us. Because you have paid the money and you should get the right goods. Do you think so?
We do not need to get the faulty back suppose the job we made is faulty, for the bad quality signage makes no sense to us . Kindly understand the related pictures or videos are required before the new replacement need to be supplied.
Of course, we do not expect the faulty signage happen. Each time we would check the signage to be right before shipment. The pictures about finished job would also be sent for your reference, then we will arrange the shipment as per your instruction if you think the job is okay for you.

Our Product Warranty
We use a combination of products for the custom signage
– Stainless steel, Galvanized sheet, Aluminum
– Cast acrylic, High density PVC
– High quality LED moulde or LED stripe
– Brand vinyl
LEDs appiled for your illuminated project are covered by a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. Metal lettering body has a 5 year warranty.
If there appears to be any fault about LEDs that is unusual, We will cover the cost to send you new LEDs within this period. This includes premature lighting fading or serious colour changes.
Our Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee the lettering body for 60 months. This does not cover any incidental damage caused by negligence or any other physical, chemical means or natural climates.
If any parts of your sign needs to be replaced at any time within the guaranteed period, or outside of the guarantee (at the customers cost), we will do everything we can to ensure that thereplaced parts match the original design. However, some slight lighting/painting fading is expected over time. This slight fading is hardly noticeable and is considered acceptable.
All claims must be made within the warranty period and are subject to approval by Kinhae signs authorised representative. Please ensure that your invoice is retained in order to claim warranty within the period. If you do not have a copy of the invoice and any evidences to show the issues, the warranty claim will not be approved. This warranty is the sole warranty made by Kinhae signs in regards to our fabricated products. Kinhae signs makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
Effective date: all the signages would be shipped by DHL courier or air transport, the tracking status is well signed for by you on the official DHL website or other related website.
1. We will send you Proforma Invoice, then you will know the full details about your project.
2. We would reconfirm all the details with you after the payment was arranged.
3. We would finish your project as per the production time that both of agree on.
4. Once the job is completely done, we will send you the related photos/ video about the project.
5. If the job is okay for you, the package would be arranged as per your instruction.
6. DHL tracking number will sent to you after the package is shipped out.
7. We will keep you posted timely if any news on package status.
8. Once the package is well delivered, please check if the package is intact. Supposed the signage is broken or damaged, please call or email us timely.
If there is anything important we do not realize,kindly advise us.
That would be helpful & important if you can take 4-5 photos about the damaged parcel including DHL waybill or damaged signs. We would claim for the compensation from DHL timely.
Meanwhile, we would make the free replacement and send the new to you as quickly as possible.
